www.idcourts.us – This website is available to the public to provide information on the status of trial court cases in the state of Idaho. Electronic records are available from 1995 forward, although some information for older cases may be available. I have found this website to contain the same information that I obtained with a $30 background check. This website is absolutely free!

www.idaholegalaid.org  – Idaho Legal Aid Services is a nonprofit Idaho law firm with offices throughout the state. This website is full of self help legal forms. There is an option for landlord/tenant, this will walk you through the eviction process step by step.
